Guided group meditation focused on breath and sitting in stillness, facilitated by Cal Angus. Followed by time for wandering and writing with the art in the space, with optional prompts.
Accessibility info: There is one flight of stairs to enter the house.
Additional info: Wear comfortable clothes. There will be soft things to sit on, but you are welcome to bring your own cushion if you like. Doors will close at 11:15 and meditation will last ~30 minutes followed by free time.
