Ness Linn (b. 1987 Sandusky, Ohio) is a socially engaged visual artist and arts organizer in the Pacific Northwest.
They use methods of material sourcing and action painting to create abstract works that bring their own body-being and outer material into relation. Distributed primarily through a local lending library, their paintings absorb energy of shared sensorial inquiry as they freely change hands and gather different dust.
Their place-based works serve as sites, tools, and systems for group-work and action-practices in service of grieving, aging, and grounding.
